Scott Wilson brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation across national product distribution organizations. He has held key leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer at Smith Drug, Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at J M Smith Corporation, and Chief Operating Officer at Preferred Medical, among others.
Throughout his career, Scott has delivered significant revenue growth and multimillion-dollar cost savings through operational improvements and strategic restructuring. His expertise spans P&L management, organizational change, technology integration, and leadership development. An entrepreneur at heart, Scott has also owned and operated several successful businesses.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Scott earned a BBA in Accounting from East Tennessee State University and completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Villanova University. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, college sports, woodworking, 3D printing, investing, and real estate. He actively volunteers with Junior Achievement and SCORE, mentoring small businesses.
