Bill Shirey serves as Chief Operating Officer of BioCare, bringing more than thirty years of experience in specialty pharmaceuticals with a strong track record in specialty distribution sales and operations. Throughout his career, Bill has demonstrated consistent success in building high‑performing organizations and driving sustainable growth.
Prior to joining BioCare, Bill served as President of CuraScript SD and as Executive Vice President at BDI Pharma, where he was responsible for revenue growth, profitability, customer expansion, and strategic contracting initiatives. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing operational excellence and strengthening customer partnerships across complex distribution environments.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
