Vice President, Quality and Regulatory
As Vice President of Quality and Regulatory for BioCare, Peggy oversees quality management, change management and compliance. She is responsible for leading and executing the company’s quality and regulatory strategy and goals to best serve BioCare’s customers. In addition, she evaluates compliance and quality metrics to determine the need for corrective actions and drive continuous improvements. Since joining the BioCare team, she has been a critical player behind strategic compliance objectives. In her previous role, Peggy served as the Vice President of IT Compliance, Quality Assurance and Data Management at Caris Life Sciences, where she represented IT in all regulatory agency audits and is credited with a transformation that led to CAP accreditation and a 275% lift in revenue. She has extensive experience in Quality & Compliance, Change Management, Audits (CAP, FDA, CLIA, NABP, State Board of Pharmacy, DDA, Supply Chain) and a thorough understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) administration. A trusted advisor, Peggy has a long history of building strong cross functional relationships, leading multi-disciplinary teams and fostering creativity and collaboration.
