Aaron Sathre serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations at BioCareSD, where he leads the integration of commercial execution and long-term strategic growth. With a career spanning strategy, finance, and operational leadership, Aaron brings a data-driven and pragmatic approach to scaling sales organizations, optimizing financial performance, and driving cross-functional alignment.
Aaron has extensive experience in the healthcare industry and a proven track record of delivering results, having previously served in leadership roles in finance and transformation at Cencora and in strategy and operations at The Boston Consulting Group.
He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College.
