Typical duties:

• Accurately fill orders by picking the correct products, matching lot number and expiration date
• Correctly pack shipping cartons utilizing gel packs and other materials
• Ship orders and assist with loading cartons onto trucks
• Receive products & supplies and store them in proper location
• Prepare materials, make boxes, replenish frozen gel packs, restock workstations
• Count inventory and assist with maintenance of assigned locations
• Deliver quality customer service to all team members, customers, and stakeholders
• Perform all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations
• Take pride in your work and ensure accuracy and safety in all you do

Schedule (availability needed):

• Availability to start work as early as 8:30 am
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed, particularly Mon. – Wed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Longevity in employment history
• 1+ years previous warehouse experience is strongly preferred
• Attention to detail with consistent, high-level accuracy
• Visual acuity (with or without accommodation) to accurately verify batch number, lot number and expiration date on small products
• Dependability and strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
• Ability to use handheld scanners and work for a limited time in walk-in refrigerators and freezers
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Proficient computer skills, experience with SAP is a plus
• Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Proficient at basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
• Successful when working independently and as an active participant in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats with customers, employees, and vendors at all levels
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen within company and accreditation standards
