Customer Care Specialist

Typical duties:
- Receive and process customer orders, prepare required forms, and determine the most cost-effective shipping method
- Data entry of all inventory transactions
- Coordinate shipments and confirm receipt of product
- Monitor inventory levels and assist Account Managers with reconciling inventory variances
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring any issues with orders, transfers, and/or inventory movement are resolved
What we’re looking for:
- High School graduate or GED required
- Top notch customer service (1+ years preferred) and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, with the ability to understand, follow, and give precise written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, as the employee will occasionally need to work weekends and holidays to backup other teammates during time off and/or leave of absence
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient computer skills (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
- Longevity in employment history
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check within company and accreditation standards
