The popular saying, “the only constant is change,” may sound cliché, but it is invariably true. Change is largely unavoidable, a fact successful business leaders know all too well.
Within a company, change occurs in a variety of forms. Yet, despite the ubiquity of change, people are frequently reluctant to find themselves struggling with it.
Adapting to something new is always challenging, but change is not necessarily bad and resistance is not always negative. Some level of internal resistance within an organization is healthy, as it often gives rise to the best solutions and, if addressed appropriately, can help build a stronger team.
