Typical duties:

  • Provide technical expertise in discovery, analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of ERP software applications and integration services
  • Work with Director, Analytics to research and analyze the business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet them
  • Develop new functionalities, reports and customizations as needed
  • Debug and resolve issues
  • Provide maintenance support, including enhancements and production support activities
  • Work closely with analytics team to assist with weekly and monthly reporting
  • Deliver quality customer service to all team members, customers, and stakeholders
  • Actively listen and collaborate with end users to design effective solutions that resolve issues

What we are looking for:

  • Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems/Business Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in business analysis, business process definition, data analysis, data mapping, reporting analysis, requirement analysis, business modeling, and configuring MS Dynamics F&O, AX 2012, or AX 2009
  • Minimum 3 years development experience involving business process engineering and implementing ERP Solutions on Dynamics 365 F&O, AX 2012, or AX 2009
  • Experience on various modules such as AP, AR, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, GL
  • Strong experience on IDE Visual Studio 2010/2015, SQL Server, X++, TSQL
  • Proficient in software development lifecycles, namely Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to think strategically and independently
  • Expertise in the interfaces, conversion and data migration between different systems and 3rd party applications
  • Ability to design business flows, functional and technical documents (RDD, TDD and FDD)
  • Possesses strong techno-functional knowledge in finance, inventory and supply chain management modules of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations
  • Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
  • Takes initiative and owns responsibilities in projects
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver results with a variable workload and multiple priorities
  • Successful when working independently and as an active participant in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats with customers, employees, and vendors at all levels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must pass background check within company standards
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
