Job summary:

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support a variety of integration technologies and data formats including ANSI EDI X12, JSON, XML
  • Work with multi-application and trading partners environment to support various connection protocols such as SFTP, AS2, FTPS etc.
  • Create and maintain maps for various transactions including 832,810, 850, 855, 856, 844, 849, 845, 844, 852, 867 and 820
  • Coordinate and support EDI onboarding of multiple trading partners across different VANs and follow mapping guidelines.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to EDI processes and procedures, including mapping specifications, data interchange agreements, and trading partner profiles.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of EDI and integration projects, documenting test cases, scenarios, and results to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor, audit, and report on newly implemented integrations to ensure that they are stable and operating as expected.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to incoming customer and external vendor inquiries, escalating if needed to the appropriate resource(s). Fully understand and assess client reported issues to determine prioritization.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, identifying and resolving any errors or discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • Contribute to team efforts by supporting continuous improvement initiatives and upholding high standards of performance and service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply superior knowledge on wholesaler account set ups, EDI, and dispensing data (switch) requirements.
  • Provide continuous updates to customers on open items, ensuring proper follow up and steps to close cases take place.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT or Computer Science discipline OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in EDI, demonstrating proficiency in interface, and mapping specifications, troubleshooting, and system support.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working with SAP, with a strong understanding of iDocs.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working Cleo integration cloud, Cleo Harmony & Clarify, with a strong ability to work with existing trading partners successfully.
  • Be able to independently work on EDI projects from scoping, design and implementation.
  • Experience with full life-cycle implementations and integration with different SAP & non-SAP systems based on technical protocols SFTP, SOAP, REST, ODATA, HTTPS, JDBC/JTDS, AS2.
  • Experience working in the Healthcare/Pharma industry preferred.
  • Experience in Agile methodology and delivery, service management tools like JIRA.
  • Keen to learn, expand knowledge and skills, explore new technologies and solutions.
  • Experience in working with source control tools such as SVN and GitHub
  • Quality and Improvement focus to ensure data reliable, timely, and complete data.
  • Superior customer service skills on calls customer and vendor calls.
