Customer Care Specialist

We’re looking for an outstanding Customer Care Specialist to grow with us. Our CCSs play a crucial role in getting the right medication in the right hands, at the right time so we need someone who is detail oriented and passionate about helping others.

Typical duties:
- Receive and process customer orders, prepare required forms and determine the most cost-effective shipping method
- Data entry of all inventory transactions
- Coordinate shipments and confirm receipt of product
- Monitor inventory levels and assist Account Managers with reconciling inventory variances
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring any issues with orders, transfers and/or inventory movement are resolved
- Work prescheduled on-call shifts
Requirements:
- High School graduate or GED
- 1+ years of delivering top notch customer service
- Longevity in employment history
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats with customers, employees, management, and vendors at all levels
- Attention to detail, with the ability to understand, follow and give precise written and verbal instructions
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver results with a variable workload and multiple priorities, paying close attention to detail with minimal supervision
- Must be able to provide on-call coverage on an occasional weekend day (approximately 1 per month) and overnight shifts (approximately 3 per month), possibly on a holiday; on-call hours are paid at $3/hour
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as an active participant in a team environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen within company and accreditation standards
