Typical duties:

  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to implement a variety of integration technologies and data formats including ANSI EDI X12, JSON, XML
  • Work with multi-application and trading partners environment to support various connection protocols such as SFTP, AS2, FTPS etc.
  • Create and maintain maps for various transactions including 832, 810, 850, 855, 856, 844, 849, 845, 844, 852, 867 and 820
  • Develop and maintain API integrations with basic and advanced authentication handling different applications and databases
  • Respond promptly and accurately to incoming customer and external vendor inquiries, escalating if needed to the appropriate resource(s)
  • Fully understand and assess client reported issues to determine prioritization
  • Monitor, audit, and report on newly implemented integrations to ensure that they are stable and ready to be transitioned to Generally Availablestatus
  • Prepare and maintain documentation that defines operational workflows, client requirements, and relevant implementation analysis for new implementations with trading partners
  • Apply superior knowledge on wholesaler account set ups, EDI, and dispensing data (switch) requirements
  • Provide continuous updates to customers on open items, ensuring proper follow up and action steps are taken to close cases
  • Handle advanced/critical/sensitive issues regarding account set up/EDI


What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years advanced administrative support experience critical skills
  • Experience working with multiple departments, customers and/or vendors for issue resolution
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools such as Cleo, Dell Boomi, Tibco is preferred
  • Experience working with web services SOAP, REST, WSDL, RSS
  • Experience with GIT, SVN source control
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking
  • Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment; must manage and maintain a high volume of assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Knowledgeable in Excel and SQL preferred
  • Quality and improvement focus to ensure reliable, timely, and complete data
  • Superior customer service skills on customer and vendor calls
